Resolution and Compensation Specialist
We are looking for a motivated and analytical professional to join our Resolution and Compensation Unit (RCU) as a Resolution and Compensation Specialist.
This is a unique opportunity to contribute to Gibraltar's depositor and investor protection frameworks, helping to safeguard consumers and support the resilience and stability of Gibraltar's financial services sector. Working closely with industry, Government, the GFSC and international stakeholders, you will play a key role in maintaining operational readiness, supporting compensation schemes and enhancing Gibraltar's crisis preparedness.
In this role, you will:
- Help protect consumers through Gibraltar's depositor and investor protection schemes.
- Work with senior stakeholders across industry, Government and regulatory bodies.
- Lead operational and data assurance activities that support financial stability.
- Contribute to crisis readiness, stress testing exercises and compensation scheme operations.
- Represent Gibraltar in local and international technical discussions and working groups.
